If you’re a Contemporary Lighting fan, you won’t want to miss this project! “Contemporary Eco Atrium” is an avant-garde living area created by a design company from Azerbaijan, ADDA. This project consists of a living room spacious area, with an incredible clean mid-century look.

In the center of the residential area and climbing up to the fourth floor, the artificial atrium has a winter garden and some greenhouses. Standing in the living area, you can always see notes of nature green as if you’re looking at landscapes all the time.

The room has a total of 230 square meters that are divided into two regions: a dining room and a lounge/relaxation area.

To design the concept that allowed these zones to work well together was not easy. ADDA’s client intended to have a fireplace in the middle of the room and this wish led to some difficulties for the designer’s team. With the fireplace, it became impossible to watch TV from the dining table. It was at this point that the team came up with a unique idea…

They found a way of making the TV move 360 degrees by remote control. This is a great case of technology making beauty practical!
