In response to Design Boom´s question of why this piece of art is called “speed of light” the designer responded:”The Speed of Light transforms humble urban design fixtures into a playful rollercoaster of light,” said the designer. “Coursing from Palm Court down the Paseo Ponti, simple globes of LED light roll down five-metre-high light-post tracks, accompanying visitors as they walk through the neighborhood.”Here you can have a near view of this piece of art, just imagine walking down this fabulous street with the company of this light.
