The High Point Market has come to and end… for now. For five straight days, interior designers, bloggers, and many design lovers strolled the isles of this outstanding furniture market in High Point, North Carolina. Now it’s time to close it off by doing a little recap of everything that has happened during these five emotion and action packed days.

From the 22nd until the 26th, thousands of people had the opportunity to experience High Point in a whole different perspective. The High Point Market was happening and everyone was there… even a couple of very friendly faces. Let’s see what you missed!
That’s right, the Property Brothers were there, checking the latest interior design trends and finding inspiration for their next projects. But that was not all! If you’ve been following HPMKT on their Twitter and Instagram pages you know which were the highlights and the ‘happenings’ during this week.
Ten of today’s top design bloggers took us on an online tour of some of the most spectacular High Point Market showrooms. If you use the hashtag #designbloggerstour on Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook you can still see their inspirations.
Two of the most important current cultural trends are the desire for cleaner, more sustainable lifestyles, and the super-connected world created by smartphones and other new communications technologies. “For designers, our Keynote Series explores revenue opportunities in wellness and sustainability. For retailers, a strategist from Google shows how to capture customers at key moments in the buying cycle.”
For this first edition of the High Point Market, four fashion-forward teams toured High Point’s showrooms to track the latest trends and post their favorite looks to special Pinterest boards.
Thousands of exhibitors could be found at High Point Market. Regardless of the style and type of furniture you might be looking for, you had it all! Options such as sustainable design, designer-friendly or even for contract projects were all available and they will be again later in October!
Now it’s time to seat and wait for the next edition of the High Point Market. Luckily, the dates are already available! Start planning your Fall schedule and don’t miss out on the biggest furniture market in North Carolina!
