Today we join forces with these 2 brands to show you what they cooked together, and how amazing the result was. We’re talking about a house design makeover for Park Apartments– Hotel Development.

Katz and DelightFULL provided the full interior design for the refurbishment of this prestigious hotel complex in the heart of Jurmala. This included working on all layouts throughout, from ground floor lobby to gym, bar, and library as well as all suites and bedrooms. We must say, the result is pretty classy and a little bit of mid-century modern.

In this project, you can find 4 of the most requested DelightFULL lighting designs. Wait, what? Are you asking us to tell you more about these lamps? It’s ok, don’t worry!

First things first, let’s start with the Letter ‘B’. With its soft round deco shape, the graphic letter B, with a mixture of gold, black and blue fills any modern interior with luxury and elegance like no other. And just when you thought this lamp couldn’t surprise you more: you can place it outdoor too. Inspired by the icons of the art decor times, B stands for beauty, bohemian, brightness.

Coltrane Wall

Coltrane mid-century wall sconce is inspired by the famous John Coltrane and it is the perfect piece to create a beautiful lighting effect both indoors and outdoors. Handmade in steel by DelightFULL’s skilled artisans, it is a great example of how less is more. This wall light fixture has matte black and gold powder paint finishes, which give it a more contemporary style. Additionally, it can be used in more minimalist hotel rooms (which was the case).

Ike suspension lamp has a distinctive but easily recognizable design, ideal for every single mid-century modern interior. Highly recommended to use with a dimmer switch to cast a smoother light, this modern brass lamp is perfect as a dining room chandelier lighting or to be used in a hotel lobby.

Nina Simone was the inspiration for this dazzling mid-century modern chandelier. Handmade in brass, this modern lamp has three lampshades in aluminum that feature a glossy black finish and three visible textile red wires above the large lamp shades. This retro style chandelier can be customizable on the purchase. The three arms are united by a gold plated ring, showing a high-level craftsmanship.

The final stages included providing all luxury lifestyle finishes throughout all premises. Katz also was responsible for construction, carpentry, and bespoke solutions.

The aesthetics and design of public spaces, spacious halls, stairways, hotel, and sports complex are created by the Katz team featuring DelightFULL for the lighting details, allowing the residents to enjoy the unique design and supreme comfort.
