IMM Cologne 2019 has started, and here are all the design trends for the year!

If you’re a design professional or lover, we are sure that you figure out a way to attend one of the most important design trade shows of the world: IMM Cologne! However, if you didn’t have the opportunity to visit it, we’ll unveil the design trends for 2019, presented at the German Design Fair.

INDUSTRIAL STYLE

Vintage style is back on business, and it’s always holding hands with industrial design. Rusty, retro and vintage design pieces paired up with simple, yet industrial style lamps create the perfect relaxed atmosphere to gather all the family and friends and throw a little particular cocktail party.

Wood, velvet and fur are the main materials and fabrics chosen to create this style! The trick is to keep it simple and add a bold element, just like a patterned pillow to add some glow!

NATURE’S EVERYWHERE

This year the outside is packing its bags to get inside your home décor! Plants, floral patterns, and natural textures will be the top choices of interior designers and architects.

MID-CENTURY STYLE

Mid-century style is one of the top choices when it comes to style décors. The beauty and elegance of the fifties and sixties are invading everyone’s houses! This year is all about aesthetics and functionality! Minimalistic design pieces are chosen to complete the home décor and create some balance.
