Designed by Aedas Interiors, One Avenue Tianyuan Show Flats in Shenzhen, China, represents a new, understated luxury through its haute, unique design with sophisticated details, sense of space as well as delicate lighting and materials.

Classic European Style can be characterized by a mix of different aesthetics: Victorian, Art Deco, Greek and Roman. The design pieces of this particular style are a combination of modern and classic desing, with a glam of minimalistic and modern style. This particular design translated a new perspective of luxury with elements of Parisian chic, the elegance and romance of European contemporary flair, not forgetting about the culture and surroundings: adding a twist of Chinese elements.

However, what is contemporary style?  Contemporary means ‘at the moment’, which makes this style particularly hard to define. Dating back to the 1970s, this style is unique because it borrows elements from many other aesthetics. In it, you can see nods to modern, traditional, art deco and even futuristic design. At the end, it means that contemporary style is always evolving, and the team does its best to be always updated with the latest design trends. Nowadays, it can be defined by neutral colors, clean an curved lines and minimalism.

A wide spread of warm, earth-tone timbers and stones throughout the tower lobby and clubhouse unite the two areas. The main color of this style is brown, beiige, back, gray and silver shades. Here we can see a beautiful set of mid-century modern furnishing adding a special touch to this open space area. “Water element floats in the air – a contemporary chandelier inspired by the motion and dynamic of water gives a focal point and adds a touch of nature to the design”.

The high-contrast combination is sophisticated and dramatic. You can combine the color of furniture, space, decorations to create the perfect modern classic style. To make this style even more atrractive, the design studio displayed several nice accessories, but not exaggerating it.

These exquisite interiors are finished in a rich palette of materials inclufding a “variety of artisan metal finishes, lavish fabrics, beautiful marble, delicate silk carpet and intricate timber parquet floor”.
