Brubeck Suspension – The Father

The Father is one figure that inspires the whole family. Brubeck Suspension inspired the other members from the other categories.

First of all, the inspiration! Yes, because all the pieces from the Portuguese Lighting Brand were inspired by the mid-century style, of course, and besides that, they were inspired by jazz icons. This lighting piece in particular was inspired by the cool jazz icon, Dave Brubeck, which gave it the name.

Brubeck represents the sophistication and elegance of the American jazz pianist. Here, you can observe the display of a luxurious feeling, that can easily fit in a dining room décor. Brubeck Suspension has a wide range of shapes’ options: round, oval, and the brand new one is the Spiral Version.

It was presented at the begging of the year, and it is like a spiral back in time to the fifties and sixties.

Like we said at the begging of this article, it is handmade by skilled artisans, featuring a gold-plated finish. However, it can be customized and you can choose another bath for your mid-century brass chandelier.

Brubeck Floor – The Mother

The Mother is always careful and thoughtful, always with her feet on the ground, just like Brubeck Floor.

One of DelightFULL’s most luxurious design, Brubeck features a body in brass, and and a base in steel. The art deco floor lamp represents in every single detail the way the jazz pianist musician blended very demanding rhythmic structures with improvisation in expressive and accessible ways.

In this lighting design, you can find asymmetrical gold plated tubes in order to attribute a contemporary lighting effect.
